Gigecho User Agreement

1. Introduction

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our app without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Gigecho at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this User Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gigecho and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

9. Governing Law

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of local, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
